Roy Dantzic - Non Executive Chairman
Roy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1968 and spent the early part of his career
in the City. He became involved with the property sector in 1989 when he joined the Board
of Stanhope Properties plc,becoming its finance director in 1993.In 1997 he was appointed
managing director of British Gas Properties,a position he held until his retirement in 2003.
He became Chairman of the Company and the Audit Committee in 2003 and is currently a
non-executive director of Airplanes Group,Spazio Investment and the Architectural Heritage
Fund and a trustee of the Portman Estate
