John Jeremy – Non Executive Director

John has run his own consultancy business since 1993 and has been a Non Executive Director of various private and quoted businesses during that period. In particular he was Chairman of both Remuneration and Audit committees of each of Wyndeham Press Group Plc and Silk Industries Plc before they were taken into private ownership in 2006 and 2003 respectively.

John joined ISG as a Non Executive Director when it was acquired through the management buy out in 1995. John is Chairman of ISG’s Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Previously John spent 25 years within the National Westminster Bank Group where he became Director of Specialised Finance for the Investment Bank subsidiary. John is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
