ISG Jackson’s work is undertaken by four very specific divisions - Living, Commercial, Public and Special Projects.

Living undertakes residential projects, serving a wide range of private developers and housing associations. It creates fabulous home environments, and its experience spans multi-million pound residential developments, care schemes, modern apartments, student accommodation and hotels. The division has worked closely with many housing associations on a partnered basis, leading to innovative techniques being developed, and the creation of award-winning extra-care schemes.

Commercial undertakes projects for private sector clients and has a versatile and professional team, with an unparalleled depth of knowledge, experience and work skills. It has a portfolio of work which is full of examples of state-of-the-art offices, retail and industrial premises, research facilities, private schools and hospitals and privately funded football stadia.

Public understands the intricacies of producing high specification buildings within a public budget. It has an impressive portfolio of projects, including schools, leisure facilities, football stadia, swimming pools, health facilities and defence works. The Public division is built upon the awareness that value-for-money is absolutely fundamental.

Special Projects undertakes projects across a wide variety of sectors, both publicly and privately funded, up to a value of approximately £2,500,000. This specialised division executes its projects with flair, and undertakes highly innovative builds, often on a fast-track basis. Dedicated to providing a user friendly approach with a highly professional service, quality craftsmanship is the very essence of its work, ensuring many clients return time and again. This high level of quality has led to numerous awards for its buildings.
