ISG was originally established in 1989 to manage high quality, operationally and technically challenging fit out projects. Since then we have delivered over 2700 fit out projects and consistently perform around 30% of all fit outs in London each year. Our success has been achieved by focusing on quality – from the selection of our teams and supply chain partners to our management systems and processes. Our teams are hand picked for their expertise and experience in delivering the unique requirements of each project.

We perform fit out projects of all sizes ranging in value from £5,000 to £150 million – from one room to a multi-story tower. Our fit out service operates under all forms of procurement including management contracting and two stage fixed price contracts. Our clients operate within numerous industries within both the public and private sectors and include many well known national and international organisations.

Recently we were given the opportunity to deliver ISG’s new international corporate headquarters in London, transforming over 24,000 square feet of category A space into a vibrant working environment. The project was presented with three British Council for Offices (BCO) awards in 2007, including the prestigious Best of the Best award for best fit out of workplace in the United Kingdom.
