Man Group awards office fit out to ISG

ISG will commence the fit out of Man Group’s new London headquarters at Riverbank House this week. The £38 million project for the leading alternative investment management organisation comprises a 320,000 sq ft fit out from shell and core.

In securing the project, and to realise Man Group’s objective of creating a people centric dynamic offices space, the ISG team participated in a number of design workshops and worked with members of their specialist supply chain to construct mock ups and samples of the key design features. The workshops included all aspects of the interior fit out including sustainability, architectural, M&E, AV, programming, cost, catering options, base build interfacing and security. 

Paul Cossell, MD ISG Interior said, “I was immensely impressed with the team’s ideas and innovations that have played a large part in ISG being awarded this project. It is without a doubt one of the most significant fit outs that has come to the market in the last six months.”

The project will be completed in January 2011.
