Creating new and productive spaces inside existing buildings is the speciality of our Refurbishment division. With an especially sensitive approach to the challenges associated with refurbishing occupied buildings, we provide a service that is just as likely to be used by occupiers facing a lack of choice on lease renewal as by owners who want to improve and rejuvenate jaded stock. Our experience includes projects ranging in value from £4 million to £70 million across numerous sectors. Often working in and around busy locations, such as shopping centres, occupied buildings and public spaces, we manage our refurbishment projects in a way that minimises disruption and ensures the safety of all people affected by the work. We achieve this by combining innovation with tried and tested processes.
