Shopfitter of the Year - RLI award goes to ISG Cathedral

ISG Cathedral's reputation for excellence in fit out services to the retail and leisure industry has been recognised at this year's global RLI Awards. The company not only won Shopfitter of the Year, but its project for London's Kensington Hotel was also presented with the Award for Interior Excellence.

Held at the Natural History Museum in London on 10th June, the Global RLI Awards once again provided a splendid evening in recognition and celebration of the most innovative and imaginative retail and leisure concepts from across the globe.
At a time when talk has overwhelmingly been of uncertainty and the return of austerity, the Global RLI Awards 2010 provided a refreshingly optimistic antidote and was presented as a spectacular gala dinner and awards ceremony. Entertainment was provided in the form of highlights from the superb hit West End musical, Grease, and there was of course that all-important opportunity to network with friends and colleagues from across the globe.
In her opening speech, RLI Publisher Jayne Rafter said: "This is an industry that has always thrown challenges at our feet, but there are also many wonderful opportunities to be had, and I firmly believe that ours is an industry that sets the benchmark in terms of vision, innovation and achievement."
