Graduate and Placement Schemes

At ISG we value the importance of new talent. It is essential for our business to continue to evolve. This is why we attach great importance to our graduate and industrial placement schemes.

The graduates and industrial placement students who join us every year are a tremendous asset to our business. From Construction Managers to Quantity Surveyors, we identify our employees’ needs for development and encourage their desire for challenge.

Our flexible graduate scheme is tailored to develop each graduate to the level of Assistant Manager within an 18 month to two year period. We offer real onsite experience which builds on the theory learnt at university.

The aim of our industrial placement year scheme is to provide you with practical, structured and supported experience. Both schemes provide you with quarterly reviews, an assigned mentor and give you access to the ISG Academy.

You are eligible to apply for either scheme if you are studying Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services or other similar construction related degrees.
